APDACE has been providing construction consulting services to firms and property owners since June 1990. Our company is a multi-disciplinary firm which has worked on a variety of projects throughout the Greater Toronto Area.

The integration of several disciples in one central location has enabled us to provide more accurate, timely and superior quality control to our clients. We are proponents of Sustainable Green Building Design, and will incorporate Value Engineering and Life Cycle Costing techniques to accomplish the best results.
